Owner and Director of Northern Play Therapy, Christine is a Certified EMDR Therapist and Parent-Child Attachment Specialist. A member of the Canadian Association for Play Therapy, she is completing certification and brings expertise in complex trauma, attachment, and behavioural challenges.
Registered Social Worker with specialized training in Play Therapy, PCIT, and CBT. Shannon brings a playful, strengths-based approach to help children feel understood and families build connection and resilience.
Registered Social Worker with over ten years of experience in child and adolescent mental health, homelessness, and crisis intervention. Shannon is certified in CBT and trained in Solution Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Motivational Interviewing. She is passionate about empowering children and teens, meeting them where they are, and helping them move toward fulfilling lives.
Registered Social Worker with Level 2 certification in Expressive Arts Therapy and completing a Master’s thesis on art-based mindfulness. Kayla integrates art, play, and mindfulness to support children, youth, and families in building connection, resilience, and healing.
